As far as quality control is concerned, it is carried out on all our products and not randomly, so there is no need for concern. Also, apart from the product itself, before the shipment, the packaging is checked and the existence of the necessary accompanying forms is confirmed so that our services are worthy of your trust. However, in the event that a defective product is found in the delivered goods, you retain the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it at our shipping costs or refunding your money.

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone, in order to let us know if you wish under these circumstances to complete your order. Otherwise you have the right to cancel your order.
